Learning Groups

Learning Groups are groups which are focused on growing in knowledge and practical skills, whether digging more deeply into Scripture or exploring important issues in life. Some of our groups throughout the year. Others meet on a seasonal rotation.

At Newsong LA, we believe in the centrality of God's word. Exploring the bible with real-life questions is an important part of our faith journey. We engage the Bible through our Sunday messages, our small groups, and our weekly Thursday Night Bible Study.

When: Thursdays @ 7:30pm Returning May 1

Throughout the year, new groups are formed based on the needs of our community. Here are a few groups/classes to look forward to in the coming year.

• Practicing the Way
  Sundays, April 27, May 4, 18, 25, June 1 
  This 5-week Group will explore what it means to follow Jesus and put into practice the way of Christ. This is a great group for those exploring the Christian faith or for anyone who wants to explore the core practices for our spiritual growth and formation. Click here to register.
• Marriage
  We will participate in a 5 week course designed to help us strengthen our marriages by discussing topics such as communication, conflict, and more.
