Learning Groups

Learning Groups are groups which are focused on growing in knowledge and practical skills, whether digging more deeply into Scripture or exploring important issues in life. Some of our groups throughout the year. Others meet on a seasonal rotation.

At Newsong LA, we believe in the centrality of God's word. Exploring the bible with real-life questions is an important part of our faith journey. We engage the Bible through our Sunday messages, our small groups, and our weekly Thursday Night Bible Study.

When: Thursdays @ 7:30pm
Where: On Zoom (See link below) and in person.

Throughout the year, groups gather to learn together by reading a book together or working through resources together. These groups are facilitated by a leader but encourage participation by all who attend. Topics covered these groups include things like racial justice, marriage, relationships, finances, parenting, and more.

Rooted is an 10-week course that empowers people to grow deeper in faith and practice by exploring core rhythms for the Christian life. Whether you are a long-time Christian or are just exploring the faith, this is a wonderful opportunity to grow and deepen your understanding of it means to be rooted in Jesus.
