Daily Gratitude Practice
This is a simple and quick practice that can help you frame and shape your day - to cultivate a spirit of gratitude toward God and focus on God's glory and purposes in the world. It only takes a few minutes. Consider doing this in the morning before you get going, in the evening before bed, or both.
Bring to mind the following:
