How We Love

A book discussion group exploring our Love Styles and working toward improving our marriages and understanding ourselves and our partners better.

Investing in our marriages.

Let's face it. The pandemic has been tough. And many of us who are in marriages and long-term relationships find ourselves looking for ways to bridge differences with our partners or hoping to build a stronger understanding of ourselves and our significant others. This discussion group is designed to help us, as couples, have deeper conversations about how we love and come to a better understanding of our relational dynamics - both the ones that lead to fulfilling partnership and ones that lead to distress and friction.

This discussion group is aimed to be an open and honest space where we can learn together without fear of judgment. None of our marriages are perfect. All of our marriages need work.

The book.

How We Love by Milan and Kay Yerkovich is a useful resource to help generate conversation and reflection. Participants will be asked to read sections of the book ahead of our gatherings. If you are unable to read all the content for each session, that is okay. Just do your best.
